The Allike Store urgently rebuilt its website to address poor Google speed ratings and theme bugs. Leveraging a provided Figma design, a custom-built solution was crafted on Shopify's new architecture. Third-party apps were replaced with bespoke solutions, resulting in remarkable performance improvements: mobile performance surged from 8% to over 50%, and desktop performance skyrocketed from 20% to over 96.
